Tutorial Window cannot be moved around when in lower resolutions. This is important because it obscures all the menus. I'll try giving the tut another run through, because I have no idea how or what is going on with whatever I'm doing.

Seconding this, I believe I could only move it if I clicked the upper edge of it about a quarter from the upper left corner and I think it is on the highest resolution my monitor supports.

Also I was wondering if every location always has an auction as the tutorial had me going in a menu loop trying to find an auction when I am pretty sure the auction was in the location it had just told me to leave.

I didn't check, but it should be running at 1366 x 768 and it still cannot be moved.
