Heh, I did kinda post about this game in the Taleworlds site last week or so just to tell people about this game...it was quite well-recieved by most people :P

And that's what more people need to do - advertise this game around since more people = more donations and you can never ever have too little money if it's going to go to further developing the game.

Toady sez, a few posts up:

"There are a couple of reasons why I'm not for game fingerprints... it's an alpha so they'd likely have to be tracked and replaced after being destroyed, which could become a task. Also, depending on how it works, it possibly fixes the tone of the game (making it zany and anachronistic), and I'd like to keep that malleable."

Verily, having a monster named "xXSpacesoljah84Xx" would shatter some of the charm.   And I don't think people would want to be remembered by having evil monsters named after 'em.

The peasants do their thing now, although oddly there's usually a merchant that doesn't get assigned a house and crashes in the mead hall beds.  It would be fine if it were intended.  I'm still trying to get up tonight, but my illness has moved all up in my nose and I have a lot of work-related things to do...  like grading tests...  and trying not to...  dribble...  on them...
