Any good Pen and Paper discussion IRCs and Sites?

I am trying to pull together games and I need a lot of help.

More so then bay12 seems to be able to accommodate... So uhhh... is there somewhere I could find such help?

Currently I am struggling with pretty much a impossibly simple yet complex Pathfinder game idea.

Where the character's strength comes from their connection to the plot.

1. Game Parameters -> Reduced Height Windows.
2. Lock taskbar to the right side of your desktop.
3. Run Resize Enable

You could also try the WotC forums, GitP, Brilliantgameologists, &c....

I'd go for the Giant In The Playground forums for that, yeah.
They have many subforums, including one to talk about general RPG questions (how do you run a good game), and another with more PF related question (actuallym they have a d20 section, with pathfinder tags for your thread).
