Which should I make?

So I am bored with my current mod and can't decide what to do next. Here are the links to the Wikipedia pages for both Gravity Falls and The Dragon Masters.

How about 15 new workshops, all centered on the dragon stuff. Hatchery, scale processing, nail salon (decorative / bonecarving skill up).

I figured four civs, happy valley, banebeck(did I spell that right?) vale, sacradotes, and grephs. Then all of the dragon castes for use with happy valley and banebeck vale, and then the human castes for use with the grephs.
