Have you thought about browsing slickdeals.net or /r/buildapcsales?  They always have great deals on there.  Your ram you chose for example, was 24 dollars for 8x1 gig about two weeks ago.

I havery found r/buildapc to be a good resource.  Or more specifically pcpartspicker
