Is that Sanskrit?

The lines form symbols and glyphs. Something like a bastard child of hieroglyphics and Sanskrit. You aren't sure which are letters and which are pictures, but you could decipher a certain sentence repeated throughout the hall.

Now that you went around the hall to read the writing, you learn that one end of the halls leads towards a dead end, while the other stretches into darkness, though the writing stopped relatively close to where you stand now.
