Why should you be slow?
Ever watched the movies "Dawn of the Dead" or "28 days later"?
Being dead still means you can't get exhausted because your metabolism isn't working anymore - therefore no dyspnea and spasms.
Being dead is a good thing.
I guess.

NOEXERT is the most overpowered tag in the game right now.

Although there is a chance that your husking syndrome will not slow you down. You are slowed down by 0-50% and sometimes you roll 0%.

Can you change the interaction, so you don't become [OPPOSED_TO_LIFE] and other nasty things, like [NOTHOUGHT]?

Yes, by removing these.
Then again this would reduce the FUN in evil biomes as all of the husks would behave like normal beings (with the exception of being dead).
But, yes, you can do it.

Sort of. You can create your own interactions that can appear, but you cannot alter the randomly generated ones.

You can make a world using the advanced world generator which does not have any generated interactions, which would mean only the custom ones would appear.

The interaction examples folder doesn't actually do anything, they are just examples of what kind of interactions the game generates.  Changing them won't affect anything.

Interaction examples folder?

As BlackFlyme already wrote, by making your own interactions - based on the example provided at the "interaction examples"-folder - you can add/remove any traits you want to the weather.
Just create one, copy the example and start removing.
