I considered buying this. Maybe I will.
This reminds me, I need to check back in on Animal Crossing... then again, last time I looked the townsfolk were protesting in the street over the state of things, so uh. I'm probably not the mayor any longer.

Doesn't really look anything like Maple Story, imo.

My first thought was Rune Factory. (Which was a gigantic letdown, but anyway.)

I liked Rune Factory, or at least liked it by 3. 2 didn't do much for me. Haven't played 4 yet.

4 was the epitome of the series combining alot of 2 and 3 features together. The first game was a big meh cause the control schemes were pretty slow for an action rpg. They learned alot from their console games and hopefully I see more releases in the future.

If i was into the type of gameplay like Animal Crossing, I recommend Fantasy Life wholeheartedly.

Does anyone else have an opinion? I already spent a bunch of my bonus check on stuff and this game's still about 40 bucks, which is a lot for something without a demo. Do I have to do the unthinkable and... stop being lazy and do my own research? I have you guys to do all that stuff for me.

Good idea, I'll check it out later. I wonder how difficult it is to capture video from the DS anyways.

I play Fantasy Life from time to time. My interest has tapered, but it'd still be cool to test out multiplayer.

Hm. I heard of this, but wrote it off to investigate later in favor of Majora's Mask 3D.

I will have to investigate further.

Miraculously, I somehow still have my favorite villager in that game, even though I have played it a grand total of once this year.
