[Maptool] GURPS Prime Directive
« on: April 09, 2015, 08:08:53 pm »

I'm starting up a campaign. Any interest?

Prime Directive is a tabletop RPG set in the Star Fleet Universe, which is a branch of the Star Trek universe, diverging (for licensing reasons) before the first movie, and containing a mix of the Original Series, the Animated Series, and original material. In this timeline, a General War (basically a much messier version of the Dominion War, with more than one side) broke out and lasted for quite a long time, and the setting is much more militarized.

As I have the GURPS version of the game, that is what we would be using, and we'd (initially) at least, a Federation team aboard a Heavy Cruiser in Year 174.

Man, ninja'd by a potentially inebriated Lord Shonus. I was gonna say to burn it.

Are there any online GURPS resources? Never played, but I'm interested

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

This should give a good overview of the basics of play.
