Where'd the Announcements on the top of the forum go?

So, I wake up this morning, refresh the page I have open, and the DF Announcements section, as well as the Unread Topics and New Replies links, are gone.  Is this supposed to be happening?

...Apparently they had been minimized.  Nevermind.
