We've done that a couple of times IIRC. It's hard to distinguish from pulling everything back on track as opposed to the discussion re-railing of its own volition.

Sorry to derail the derailment, I saw recursion before, and I like recursion...
Also, I swear I didn't mean to be partially on topic by discussing derailment, I just wanted to apologize for breaking continuity.

I just wish recursion was faster. Iterating manually is so much faster, so I often find myself ignoring potential but unnecessary recursion just for the performance benefit. Although I do wonder if any compilers are smart enough to optimize be removing recursion where unnecessary...
