34.11 and 40.24 Mod help

I am currently making a mod to have all animals tamable and trainable, minus sentients. Is there any way to do this quickly or has it already been done?

It's already pretty fast. Just add the [PET]-token to the animals you want to be tamable and the [TRAINABLE]-token to the animals you want to be trainable.

[PET_EXOTIC] works as well for making them tamable, without making them more likely to be domesticated during worldgen by most races.
