Getting PDFs out of a book CD

I got a CD with a textbook which has many useful notes, however, I seem unable to read the pdfs it contains unless I do it through it's macromedia flash app. I'd like to keep some of those docs in my tablet as a quick reference. Is there any way to do this?

hmmm...

I have seen similar protection before. It CAN be done.  Sadly, discussing how to circumvent it is almost certainly a DMCA violation.
