I've killed dozens of conservatives at their base, I've stealthed through the entire building and waited multiple times, but I've never found a hardened veteran. How do I find their boss an destroy their safehouse???

They're a map special, and are located deep inside of the base. The yellow map codeword is "BOSS".

They don't spawn in bases the CCS has captured, which means that you cannot recapture a lost safehouse from the CCS. This is a known bug.

If you can't find them in the CCS bases, then that's a bug, and any technical details (screenshots, etc.) that might help find it would be appreciated.

Yeah I have the first bug.....So what? is that safehouse just gone forever?

For the moment, yes. Like I said, this is a known bug and we are working to fix it.

I was hoping for a workaround, like burning the place down or some file tampering. Doesn't matter now, already beat that game.

With a hex-editor you could fix it, but that would require some care and work (more care than I'd be willing to risk).

You could think of it as extremely high risk skill training, juice farming and loot getting.    But as Slayer has said the bug has been in the game for quite awhile, I know your exact pain losing the crack house to those bastards one game.
