Writing a story from a zombie's perspective is gonna be hard if you stick to DF canon, where zombies don't have souls, thoughts, or personalities... I've always wanted to see a story written from a night creature's perspective though.  She's a little too cute to be a spouse converting night hag though.

Well "most creative" is not always "best". Also, I was planning to get more meta than just setting it inside the world of Dwarf Fortress. Think more in terms of the character ( the one whose PoV we're seeing things in now ) being a player than a Dwarf, though, honestly there's no telling how it'll go. For all I know, it's just a heavily modded game with modern tech and brands. Or maybe both, neither? XD All I know so far is what I've drawn and what I'm drawing. Oh, and that it's not unreasonable that the main character has the [ALCOHOL_DEPENDENT] tag, this being Bay12. And there'll be connections to more than just Dwarf Fortress.

Sorry about the lack of the update that was supposed to be here Tuesday. College and DS malfunctions. No promises on when we'll get back on schedule, but I haven't forgotten about this!
