Blind Voracious Cave Crawlers

Every Voracious Cave Crawler I've tamed has turned out to be blind and thus unable to breed. Is this because they went blind upon brief exposure to sunlight, or is this a bug?

They're blind because they have no eyes. The game registers them as being sight-impaired, when it should ignore this in the same way that it ignores "flight-impaired" dwarves. Cave crawlers can 'see' anyway, due to the [EXTRAVISION] token.

I don't see any child-related tokens in the cave crawler's raws, so I don't think they'll breed at all.
