Justice system: grudges and false accusations
« on: February 02, 2015, 03:29:37 am »

I think I've found something cool, as while I've heard of vampires framing others for their crimes I never heard of a dwarf framing their grudges for a crime, so as I was looking through the justice system tab after setting up my prison and I noticed that in one Building Destruction incident 6 dwarfs accused Led Stizashducim while only Zon Uzlirnish accused Kel Tadshem

no big deal I think to myself, just a mistake... until I get a similar thing with a Disorderly Conduct incident 8 dwarfs accused Kivish Dolushlikot while only Zon accused Avuz Nabasalath Fenokinod Akur

so now I think there might be more to this and decide to go have a look at Zon's thoughts and preferences which is when I find out that Zon

I then check the relationships screen and...

I can only assume that Zon is making false accusations against those whom he has a grudge against... So I was wondering if anyone has else seen this type of behavior?

I had noticed conflicting witness statements, but I didn't know it went this deep. That's awesome!

Yeah! I think its awesome that grudges can have such an effect, at first I thought that it might be related to the beliefs system for law or truth... you know maybe he "finds the idea of laws abhorrent" or "is repelled by the idea of honesty and lies without compunction" which could explain it, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found that it was more personal then that.  :D
