I know there used to be a little circle battery inside computers, that you could take out and put it back in and it would end up resetting the bios to its factory default.  I don't know if this is still used though, I haven't done much for hardware in a while.

I did find this:  http://www.wikihow.com/Reset-Your-BIOS.  Method 2 or 3 is probably what you want.

yes.  stuck in what way?

this could be a failed flash (I have never seen this myself, but have heard of it), or it could be incorrectly set cmos information, or any number of other things.

please describe what the computer is currently doing.

It got stuck while doing it's bios update thing. It was stuck for hours. It shut down after a while and now seems to be fine, so nvm I guess. Thanks everyone ;)
