Announcement log problem

So, I've been playing some DF after a long pause.Started ADV Mode and my announcement log is broken. I have tried to fix it with mouse scrolling but it did not work. Anyone have any idea how to fix the text not lining up properly? Here are the screenshots of my problem >

Havent seen that issue, then again, i am using a different texture pack (Phoebus).

Its annoying the hell out of me. I've looked everywhere for a solution but i can't find it. I have OCD about that stuff and if its not properly aligned it makes me super annoyed =(
