Send a spy into Andre's territory (27). Find out what he's spending his resources on and size up any military force.

Chat with my advisers and see what it would take to set up some kind of Coast Guard. I'm thinking of a number of small, fast boats that can patrol the waterways around my territory so that I can find out about any coastal goings-on.

 A few hours later another meeting was called

So, after thinking about this for a bit, I have decided upon a final course of action. Seal the letter that was written down and send a messenger to bring it to the house of Haerum. Give the messenger a bow with 10 arrows and a small knife, to deal with the local wildlife and bandits of course, after all one can never be too careful.

Next on my agenda is to build a mine in our mountain. The sooner we get this thing built the more money we get in the long-run

Rally the troops as I said before, although only 200.

And finally send a spy to the nation dealing with  rebellion. I want him to find out what caused the rebellion and to report any Haerum soldiers that come to try to liberate that nation.
