Inside/outside refuse stockpile orders in DF 0.40.23

I think this is an old bug, but I can't find the report. Anybody want to give it a try? :)

When dwarves have "ignore refuse from outside" set in their orders it seems they will not move refuse that is inside to outside refuse stockpiles.

If it is a new bug I can do up a report + save file.

Ah. I've worked it out. It was my misunderstanding, this time. That bug did exist in an earlier version, but it's fixed now. I was confusing shell with bone/cartilage.

I do hope there's a zone order for that: zone only refuse collect, such.
