Also, can we produce as much as we have materials for, or is there a limit on labor? And when is the racial bonus applied?

Stats aren't being used yet, 100% guarantee on crafting for the first crafting section, apply the racial bonus when you feel like it, usually, the limit to labor is your constitution stat.
