"Alright. China is a bit more complicated. Analysis has revealed that the paper was published in Beijing, and within the last month. Other than that, the only lead we have is a name: 'Downfall'. It's probably an organization of some sort. I recommend, and the rest of the department agrees, that we should send an agent to check it out."
