How to get rid of a crick in my neck.

I've had a neck crick for the past 2.5 days and it hurts like something that hurts a lot, Please Fellow Dorf Forters aid me in my time of need, Preferably with medical advice. Oh it hurts.

Same thing. I went to the chiropractor. Crack felt better right away. Seriously.

What's the posture on your chair like? I had some neck pain the other day and it went away when I got a nice big armrest pillow to prop my back up.

You know asian massage parlors? They help, I would say for less time than the chiropractor but I'm not well versed in that area of anatomy so I can't give you an expert opinion because I'm not.
