Can someone upload a save (for 40.16+) where NON-dwarven monarch have arrived? Tnx.

You could just generate a bunch of worlds until you get a civ with a non-dwarven monarch. I've seen goblins establish a dynasty in a couple worlds of mine even though I made them mortal with the same lifespan of dwarves.
