Hi guys, I'm not sure if a lot of you are playing it, but it's a cool game, especially if you like to easily create maps for other people to play or if you like to complete user-created maps. You can play COOP multiplayer (I haven't tried yet).


Good/Not so good:

• +++ Easy to use "adventures" creator = Lots of user created maps.
• ++ Earn tickets after each completed adventure to fight the dragon (his remaining HPs are saved between fights).
• ++ Tons of random equipments for each slot.
• + Distributing the attributes points yourself when you level up allows you to 'customize' the classes to suit your gameplay.
• - Only 4 classes.
• -- Combat is boring.
• -- Camera is not great (bit better when you get used to it).
• --- No PVP (yet?).
• --- People don't play my adventures.

Anyway, I obviously made this thread to share my own adventures , but feel free to share yours as well (and your creator name) so other dwarves can try them.

My creator name : bananasplif

My adventures so far :
-Douchy creator > Silly dungeon with lots of teleporters.
-Platforming test > No combat, platforming only.
-Evil king > A forest and a big castle with 5 bosses, kinda story driven.
-Monky bridges > bridges, monks, some platforming, a few ennemies, a few traps.
-Classic princess > very cliche castle with a maze, you must rescue the princess.
-TV shows dungeon > (short) quiz dungeon with multiple choices questions.

I think the playing part is very basic, combat is "ok", but a lot of users-created levels are very fun and weird. Creating adventures is where 80% of the enjoyment is at for me

I got this game a little while back when it was on sale. It looked kinda like an ARPG version of LittleBIGPlanet so I was immediately interested. I do agree that the combat is pretty lackluster so I put it down pretty quick, but I haven't gotten around to building my own levels (unlikely) or trying someone else's. I looked at the level creator briefly and it reminds me a bit of the Tenchu 2 editor.

Yes I think it's (the combat part) a bit better now (at least for the warrior class using slow weapons)

Attack speeds, balance and auto attack
We’ve made some considerable balance changes for 1.0.1, including speeding up the attack animations of several slower weapon types, as well as some significant stat changes for newly dropped weapons. Like when we were in Early Access stat balance changes will only affect newly dropped items, any items you’ve already collected will remain unchanged.

You can also now simply hold down the Primary Attack button when attacking to execute a combo, so you don’t need to button mash as much anymore - your mouse/controller will thank us!

Anyway, I made a new (silly) adventure (name: Douchy creator ) so I can go and play Dungeonmans as a proud man.

Is there a way to play with friends? Perhaps it's more enjoyable co-op

I have no idea, I don't have any friends playing it and haven't even tried multiplayer yet so I'm not sure how to group and all.
