Bay12 on Xbox Live
« on: December 01, 2014, 09:33:08 am »

Well I'll start with this, I have few buds to play on xbox live with.
I figured 'hey why not make a bay12 xbox live thread to find some people to play with you lonely slob' so I did.

This thread may be used for sharing of gamer tags, stories of online game play (such as funny encounters with pre-pubesent all too angry kids who have no lives), schedualing of online tournaments or games, and whatever else bay12 seems fit to talk about xbox live

What i don't want is constant bashing on Xbox, the games people choose to play, or breaking of forum guidelines.
Discussing games that you play is fine, telling a person they suck for liking [fill in the blank] is not ok.

And on funny stories of prepubescent kids with no lives
I remember one fun game of Halo Reach: infection.
I was alpha and killed a few players to hear over the server chat, a young British kid screaming and cussing me out and whining that I cheated then moments later his mom walked in (and I quote word for word) "It's time for bed" 'but I don't wanna go to bed!' "Don't make me ground you" 'just five more minutes!' "No"
All in British/English accents
Oh it was hilarious

You can't even play infection anymore, in my opinion. Everyone just votes for Sword Base and camps at the very back of that little hallway on the ground level with the lift up to the top. Honestly, where's the fun in that? SWAT and big team deathmatch is where the fun is.

I love swat, t'was where I learned my headshot skills

My sis gets so pissed off whenever we play because every kill I get is either a headshot or from across the map cause DMR= This could make a half decent sniper rifle maybe

If you move this to Play With Your Buddies, it'll probably attract more attention from the gaming crowd.

Man, we're a diverse community. The activist and political community in GD, the gamers in OG, the artists in CP...

Ya? Hmmm I might do that when I'm not lazy today

I'm also thinking of using this thread to find a bunch of people to play xbox live with so that's probably a really good idea

So, you killed a few players to hear the server chat better? You're brutal. Never played Halo though.

I meant after I killed them I heard that
I didn't kill them to hear it (ok maybe I play to piss people off sometimes but still)

Ya no you can hear everything they are saying but after I killed him I heard that whole thing happen

My Xbox Live experience consists almost entirely of Dark Souls, but I have lots of experience with local Halo multiplayer. Legendary Campaign is also an excellent teacher of headshot skills.
