Binpatch Questions

How would I cook up a binpatch that changes the title screen to something like Tales of Generica: Legends of [synonym of empires] and [synonym of insanity]?

though I think that replacing the "slaves to armok: god of blood: chapter II: dwarf fortress" bit is something of an abuse of the power available to us by such a thing.
