Bookkeeper cancels Update Records: Needs Office

This dude had an office, and still is crying that he can't do his stuff:

Anyone experiencing same problem?
Have had same thing w/ my Manager, designating new room for her was a success. For this guy, a gave him a new room, but he ignored it & was still babbling that he cant' do stuff, so he calmed down only after being replaced by other dude.

I've had that message pop up when my bookkeeper somehow got himself stuck in a tree. He couldn't access his office.
