ooooooook....    can someone help me with this?

my butcher became possessed and claimed a craftdwarf workshop, and then proceded to get a whole bunch of things including 3 logs, 4 gems, a block of cobaltite, two things of cloth...   and is now just sitting there "muttering 'Useninem' "


ive checked the wiki, and as far as i can tell, it isnt the same as the macabrae or fell moods...    just a simple possession.    and ive checked the first and last names of every single dwarf in my fortress, and none have that name anywhere in it...

so im kinda at a loss of what to do now other than let him do insane...    not gonna continue that fort until i get a response from this forum first.

"useninem" means "helprequire" on dwarven.
Check the demands.

He has his items.  He is making the artifact.

What he is muttering is the artifact's name.

That is how that works with me, at least.

thats the name of the artifact hes making?     oh, ok...    that makes sense...     scrolling back up i see he did start the construction...    it almost got lost in spam from a controlled cavein that didnt quite work out correctly..

one section of floor fell too far and knocked 3 people into the water and knocked out another 5 people...    plus a bunch of useless cats drowned in the water as well

lol!    the end result was:   Useniem "The Helpful Requirement", a tower-cap ring:  encrusted with cobaltite, decorated with tower-cap, encircled with tower-cap and green zircon, rings of giant spider silk, spikes of tower cap and resin opal.  

engraved in the ring are THREE images!   first one of a native gold bed in green zircon, second image is a tower-cap ring in resin opal, and the last image is of a cow in cave spider silk.

basic value lists as 104440
