Dining Room

When making a room into a dining room through a table, when the dining room zone overlaps other undefined tables do those tables also become dining room spots?

t''s so sad.  It''s as if De Beers as invaded Dwarf Fortress.  I nearly cried when I saw how valued and rare diamonds were in Dwarf Fortress.

I've never really found it necessary to designate a dining room . . .  except for keeping nobles happy.  Course this is also the guy who keeps forgetting his fortress isn't pressurized and lets in all the fish.  :eek:

Designating a dining room will give dwarves happy thoughts when they eat there.  And yes, it does include all possible seats in the one dining room.
