Atom Smasher - Puzzling Linear Collider Builder
« on: October 08, 2014, 11:43:21 am »

Scott Manley did a video on this, and it's a pretty fun game.
You basically have to build a collider that reaches the specified eV quantity by building a particle accelerator. However, all the parts of the accelerator have to be hooked up to eachother with wires, which are stored in a stack, so you can only ever access the top one. So you have to pull, pop and exchange the wires to get the right one at the top at the right moment. You don't have limited space, but it's fun to try and do it as compactly as possible. Each level has different parts too. I almost completed the last level but the game crashed, sadly. You can also keep playing after you complete the level, to get maximum electron volts.

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.
