Well now you can, using morsecode.me!

It's a simple little website in which you can talk with anyone else on the channel using morse code; it's surprisingly fun once you get the basics down. Despite it being a simple little thing, I had a lot of fun with it in the ~half hour I played with it and (mostly unsuccessfully) tried to chat with people.

This is surprisingly fun. For some reason I thought morse code was less accessible to learn than this, but I guess having the chart right there helps.
