Neverwinter Nights Diamond - Italian language patch?

My friend and I are trying to find an Italian language patch for Neverwinter Nights. So far we've only found one possible patch but the link was long dead. How hard would it be to mod something like this in?

I have NWN Diamond Polish, and it had all patches in. Why would you need a patch on top of Diamond edition?
