I dunno.
I was assuming the name "Obsidian City" had something to do with that game that we'd find out later. Maybe.
Since I dunno a thing about this one other than it's going to involve country management rather than, or including in it, the inevitable decadence of a cyberpunk society... I dunno.

EDIT: I'm going to take a few days to work on everything so I'm not going into this with only a vague idea of what I'm going to do, as I usually end up doing. I started work on the first country, so there's that. I'm going to sleep now, so I'll do more tomorrow.
