I think on that site, and for that price range, I would say this runs Dwarf Fortress much better.
Samsung NP270E5G-K03CH
http://www.steg-electronics.ch/de/article/samsung-np270e5g-k03ch-548900.aspx?section=TECHCPU: Intel Core i5-3230M (2.60 GHz)
Memory: 8 GB (2x 4 GB) DDR3 (1600 MHz)
Those are the two stats Dwarf Fortress cares about, CPU single thread performance, and RAM speed.
CPU is a little faster then those you suggested, however this one has more RAM, and much faster, being dual channel 1600 vs single channel 1333
Also I'm pretty sure the i3 CPU is much faster then both the Pentium N(don't know what Pentium N is though, did you mean "Pentium M"?) and I'm quite sure it's much faster then the Intel Atom.
This laptop still has the Intel HD graphics card, which after testing a lot of laptops, I must say, this card is, and all Intel HD in general, USELESS for quite a LOT of things (although it will be fine for Dwarf Fortress, as it dosn't really use the graphics card as far as I know.)
Of what I find on that site, in the same price range as the others,(I'm assuming this is a store near you) I find this one the best overall:
Toshiba Satellite C55-A-1NG
http://www.steg-electronics.ch/de/article/toshiba-satellite-c55-a-1ng-455712.aspx?section=TECHCPU, i5 4200 (2.5ghz), is about the same speed in statistics, but is Haswell instead of Ivy bridge.
Memory is 4gb and speed is not listed, so I'm assuming it's single channel 1333, but usually RAM can be upgraded easily.
And the important piece of difference: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710M
A graphics card that ISN'T Intel HD, VERY important for quite a lot of things.
Although Dwarf fortress is not one of those things the graphics card is useful for, it will greatly increase your options on what other things you can do with the laptop.
both of the laptops come with windows 8, which I'm NOT a fan of, but oh well..
I have not used these specific laptops, but again, for that site, those two are the ones I would consider personally.
hope this helps
EDIT: oh, and I have not actually ever tried playing Dwarf Fortress on a laptop, as I still feel the FPS on my desktop could be better, I have simply assumed I would not be happy with any laptop's performance.
