Had to look in Legends Viewer (and then in actual legends mode) to see who the heck I'm supposed to be looking for because nobody is giving any real clues.

When I talk to a soldier, I go to his name under people and it lists he is a hearthperson(if he is) and what faction. Did you try that?

I guess I could, although the town got screwed up by an insurrection and all shops turned into taverns.

That sounds like the best insurrection.
