Im currently at the 3rd year and only 2 dwarven caravans have arrived so far, both at late autumn. Im running with the calendar at 1/2 speed, maybe this has something to do with it? The embark site had every civ available.

This mod changes when the human and elf caravan arrive.

By default, they still are on their 'normal' season (you can change that in the launcher, for future world gens), but they have triggers just like invaders, meaning you basically need to be an established fortress before more traders come.
