40.07 wall constructed from air

i'm designated a wall. dwarwes came and start constructed it. at first a thought that stones are teleported much like artifact bug but then i check wall material

What were you trying to build it out of?  Any mods?

i'm try to build from stones. no mods.
i'm select stone but amount selection is missed wall designated without it. i'm check with new world maybe old save corrupted somehow

upd. same with new world. stone amount dialog is missed and wall constructed from air
