Rendermax darkness too dark in 6.x?

Hey, this seemed to be working for me in 5.10, but I've since deleted that folder so I can't recover my old settings...

I've looked around rendermax.lua and tried editing special.LevelDim from the default value of 0.01 to values ranging from 0.2 all the way up to 1.0, and it's still too dark at night to for me to see the surface, much less down below.  In fact, changing special.LevelDim has no perceptible effect on the extent of the darkness tile dimming whatsoever!  I've had to disable rendermax entirely for the game to be remotely playable.  Is there another setting I'm overlooking?

It seems to clash with the current version of Twbt. It will get fixed when I update to the new dfhack. :)

Thanks, I was beginning to wonder if I should try to get away with is_computer_quantum=true.   :P

I'm quite sure "is_computer_quantum=true" does nothing :D
