apparently you can embark with a queen

welp

this is my first time using phoebus's tilepack so i'm not sure if there's something modded in there that made this happen but i found it amusing regardless. anyone else had this happen?

queen began tantruming and murdering the others before any buildings were even completed. that was anticlimactic

Huh, that's weird.  Given that the initial 7 dwarves aren't historical figures (and thus have no families for the purposes of pesky inheritance), it seems really odd to me that this could happen.

It has been reported before, ifyour civ has no monarch it may choose one of your dwarves.

no idea. leaning towards no since she started tantruming and murdering people right out of the box

i was thinking that civs would replace monarchs/diplomats/insert important position here almost immediately once those bugs were worked out. maybe not?
