Okay, I just had a baby born in my fort.  But his parents aren't married!  They aren't even lovers, actually, just on "Friendly Terms".  The only mods I've done is removing gay marriage - might be related, but I doubt it.

AFAIK babies can't be had outside of marriage.

However, divorce has now been implemented IIRC. So maybe the parents broke up.
