where do these go? i have a stockpile for cut gems and one for raw gems, and it's not putting them on either. I mean cut gems, not large gems. It's an artifact gem a dwarf made.

"Perfect" gems are large gems, it's just a fancy name for the artefact type. They (should) go into a finished goods stockpile. I don't know if the "finished goods piles accept no gemstone materials" bug has been tackled.

As far as I know it hasn't, so they wont be stockpiled right now.
