wood stockpile broken?

Dwarf stop gather logs to a stockpile. im order them to bring it to depot - worked fine.

well it works on new embark but stop working on my old 40.04 save. dunno why

oh well. dwarwes gather wood disabled. swear i didn't touch that. perhaps gremlin in my room
