You can do all sorts of things. If you want to prevent further dwarf-on-dwarf violence you can kill him, or you can lock him in a sealed chamber (he'll never sleep, eat, or drink, so he makes an ideal lever-puller). If you like, you can leave him some tools and have him carve out his own little sealed-off solo fort, which will persist long after your main fort has succumbed to fun.

Or you could just enjoy the benefits of a tireless glassworker/armorsmith/whatever else you want him to do, at the cost of occasionally having a sad mess to clean up.

If he is your best armor smith then seal him in his own private prison that includes a forge and dump his supplies in from a hole in the ceiling and dump his masterworks out through one in the floor.

If i give him nice shits to keep happy and burrow him my forges will he still be able to hurt other dwarfs? So far i used to let him craft some armor under my supervision and then seal him in his room.

Burrows won't keep him from feeding on dwarves when he's thirsty enough. You'll need a physical barrier to keep him away from the rest of the population.

Vampires are still alcohol-dependent but they are unable to drink it, so eventually he will go into deep withdrawal and move/work at a frustratingly slow pace. You're better off just training a new smith.

If the sobriety hasn't kicked in yet you can get some good armour out of your vampire. Keep going until the quality really starts dropping, then melt the rubbish ones and use the reclaimed metal to train a smith who drinks alcohol instead of dwarves.

I am trying to make chickens lay bees as eggs. So far it only produces a single "Tame Small Creature" when a hen lays bees.
Honestly at the time, I didn't see what could go wrong with crowding 80 military Dwarves into a small room with a necromancer for the purpose of making bacon.
