Campfire offering protection against Bogeymen?

Of course, this would defeat the current purpose of Bogeymen, but if the game were changed that campfires were not free, then I personally feel that since Bogeymen dissipate in light, that Campfires should generate light which should drive Bogeymen away and prevent attacks.
It only makes, to me at least, logical sense.
And I apologize for posting in the bug tracker, I literally had no idea this section was a thing.  :-[

The reason I suggest this and not just simply disable bogeymen from world gen is though I like the challenge that bogeymen pose whilst traveling, I prefer traveling alone, and, having to build a campfire every night, though repetitious, is something I think would be a nice touch.

Seems like a good idea.  At least, it's really dull to always be hunting for shelter against these things that are absolutely everywhere in the entire world.  And it's so incompatible with the way it works in dwarf mode!
