Recycle wood and cloth items

Just as you can mark metal items to be melted, it would be nice if you could do something similar with wood and cloth items. Wood items could perhaps be burnt in the wood furnace, and cloth items could be cut up, either into cloth or thread to make other items.

cloth could be turned into bandages for the hospital and patches for torn clothing

More importantly, I would like a hauling labour called ragpicker where someone just goes around the whole fortress collecting old rags
