Yes, but that requires catching the fed's attention first, when raids are often state affairs.

Of course, realistically you don't really have to worry about it. The feds aren't going to come knocking on your door because you're growing two pot plants or whatever, you would have to be running some massive interstate drug operation or something like that.

Just commenting that arbarbonif's "workaround" is not really a workaround since it's not getting around the federal laws at all. If they did want you for some reason, they'd get you.
