Creatures kidnapped by goblins should have their essences changed by said goblins and be sort of goblinoid creatures who share several traits with goblins (Skin pigmentation, ears, possible immortality, lack of requirement to eat).

I really like this somehow. Especially if it's possible to have misguided immortality cults try to voluntarily become goblins -  maybe even have some kind of wizards or alchemists trying to study them to find the secret of goblin immortality in lieu of necromancers' god-given slabs.

No it doesn't, females mutate in giant bloated broodmares, while males mutate into malformed insane cannibals. The males are defiantly still x, while the females are god knows.

Correct if I'm wrong, but the Innsmouth look is genetic. The freaks weren't mutated, they were mutants all along.

I like goblin societies as they are now. Goblin is a way of life.

Mutations would seem more appropriate in civilizations conquered by demons. "I can feel the warp overtaking me. It is a good pain."
