Titan Aura of Giving and Kindness.

The Brush Titan Shinibe Ibonebebo Antibo Shintens has come! A great scale cavy. It has wings of stretched skin and it emanates an aura of giving and kindness. Its deep scales are jagged and overlapping!.

It is actually fairly common, even in vanilla DF. Above is right, it has no real impact on gameplay, the titan is still going to do its best to mangle your dorfs.

Maybe it feels like it's doing your dwarves a kindness by 'releasing' them from the hellish fortress life.
